Synopsis:
A cinematic adaptation of the Mahi Binebine novel The Stars Of Sidi Moumen. Inspired by the 2003 suicide attacks in Casablanca, this riveting, splendidly crafted film recreates the lives of two brothers growing up in the city’s shanty suburb of Sidi Moumen and the life-changing events that would lead them to Islamic fundamentalism and violence.
